New general surgeon joins
Stanly Regional Medical Center
STANLY
Regional Medical
Center is proud to introduce Jason M.
Arru, MD, a board-certified general
surgeon now
seeing patients
at Albemarle
Surgical
Associates.
Dr. Arru
completed his
undergraduate
studies at the
University of
Kentucky. He

later received his medical degree at
the University of Louisville School
of Medicine and his residency
training at Carolinas Medical
Center in nearby Charlotte. In
addition to general surgery, he has
extensive experience in endoscopy,
breast surgery, and both basic and
advanced laparoscopic surgeries.
He practices alongside Dennis
Devereux, MD; Eric Mallico, MD;
and Jerry Padrta, MD, of Albemarle
Surgical Associates. The practice
recently moved to a larger office
at 105 Yadkin St., Suite 203, to
accommodate its patients’ needs.
In addition to seeing patients
in Albemarle, the physicians of
Albemarle Surgical Associates also
have office hours at Locust Medical
Services, located at 103 Stanly
Parkway, Suite C, and at Troy
Medical Services, located at
835 Albemarle Road.
